Training session. The second day

Supervision in educational institutions became the theme of the second day of the training session.

November 17, 2021, during the second day of the training session within the project “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building” under the guidance of a trainer-psychologist Anton Nazmiev, the acquisition of practical skills in the use of individual and group supervision was carried out.

During the training, special attention was focused on the theoretical foundations of supervision as a component of the educational process and a professional portrait of a supervisor and styles of interaction with subjects of the educational process. The trainer advised those present on the forms and methods of supervision: mentoring, counseling, psychological support, assistance, training, coordination, prevention, modeling, forecasting, facilitation and feedback.

During the resource work, the participants practiced drawing up an individual professional development plan for a teacher and head of an educational institution. The prevention of professional burnout of a teacher and head of an educational institution was the last topic of the training.

The result was a questionnaire survey of the participants on the acquired knowledge, which was conducted by the Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor Kateryna Kotelenets.
