Training session. The second day

An official meeting of the Steering Committee of the EU Project took place.

The training session for the Steering Committee became the next stage in the implementation of the Project “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building” with the financial support of the Delegation of the European Union in Ukraine. The venue of the event was the hotel and restaurant complex “Prylisne” (Kreminna).

On the second day, November 11, 2021, an official meeting of the Steering Committee took place, where current issues were discussed. The participants identified in detail the points that have already been completed and which need to be worked on. The position of the Project partners was heard, who analyzed the work of the Steering Committee and evaluated it positively. The participants of the meeting specifically decided on further actions for the implementation of the Project and adjusted the plan for the third day of the training session.

During the day, the session participants considered the following issues: Mini-MBA in project management; bifurcation model of administration and critical thinking; communication in projects and work with stakeholders; stakeholder matrix; time and financial resource management; Franklin pyramid; Eisenhower matrix; Pareto’s law; project management tools: 7 START, SMART, SWOT, WBS, Gant, etc. The members of the Steering Committee got acquainted with the development of their own educational project and key performance indicators in project management.
Summing up and checking the acquired knowledge and skills took place using the testing method using the Kahoot online program. Feedback was provided using the Mentemeter online program.
