Professors of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking joined the “BridgeUSA: Exchange Program for Ukrainian Teachers”.
Professors of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking Yurii Klapkiv, Nataliia Riazanova and Viktor Trynchuk took part in the presentation of the program “BridgeUSA: Exchange Program for Ukrainian Teachers” from the American Council on International Education and America House Kyiv.
The BridgeUSA program aims to promote the development of relationships between Ukrainian and American teachers and researchers for the purpose of joint research, exchange of pedagogical experience, development of training courses, as well as publication of scientific works. Participation in the exchange program opens new horizons for cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of higher education, contributing to the globalization of educational processes and the development of international educational standards.
It should be remembered that professional development of teachers in the USA is important to ensure the relevance of educational programs and methods, will contribute to the integration of the latest scientific findings and innovative pedagogical approaches in the learning process. In addition, it strengthens professional ties between teachers from different countries, promoting the exchange of experience and cultural enrichment.
