Students majoring in 231 “Social Work”, EP “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology” continue to improve their professional skills.
Alona Kuznetsova, a 2nd-year full-time student, is already a certified coach of the Youth Coaching Network of the NGO La-Strada Ukraine. She actively participates in the implementation of the project “Prevention of gender-based violence, human trafficking and violation of children’s rights” with the support of the donor organization “Bread for the World”. As part of the campaign 16 days against violence on December 6, 2023 for the Khmelnytskyi City Council” of the Khmelnytskyi Secondary Comprehensive School of the I-III grades. No. 22 named after Oleg Olzhych, Alona held an event on the topic: “Prevention and response to cases of violence against children.”
The event was aimed at working out the concepts, manifestations and signs of “violence”, “domestic violence”, “bullying” and “conflict”. Practicing identification and self-identification skills. Familiarization with the mechanism of detection, response and appeal in situations of “violence”, “domestic violence”, “bullying”, “conflict” and formation of an understanding of a safe environment.
At the end of the event, the participants created a video: “No violence”.
