The Acting Rector Vitalii Kurylo paid a working visit to the university facility in Rubizhne city.
On July 14, in order to control the implementation of repair work, the project manager “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building” Vitalii Kurylo and team members Olena Karaman and Dmytro Kovalov paid a working visit to Rubizhne city. In particular, the progress of the facade and interior repair work was checked.
“Over the past two months, firstly, according to the sociological survey, the most active subjects of the project were chosen among teachers, students, pupils, who are disposed to implement it. Secondly, almost all educational and cultural centers have been repaired within the framework of the project. In order to reduce the level of conflict in the social environment and achieve the main goal of the project, peacekeeping activities will be extended to the entire territory of the Luhansk region,” Olena Karaman told.
Vitalii Kurylo together with members of the project team examined the centers created on the basis of the university building, in particular: psychological recovery and adaptation, the development of creative skills, leadership skills, inclusive and others.
Based on the results of the inspection of the university facility, it was noted that the repair work is being carried out in accordance with the schedule for their implementation and taking into account all the norms.
“The project is being actively implemented. Repair work is underway, most of the tender procedures have been carried out, in particular for the purchase of furniture, computer equipment, etc. Today everything is going according to the schedule,” Vitalii Semenovych summed up.
