- the number of residents of Luhansk region who will participate in projects with international funding should increase fivefold;
- the number of graduates of higher educational institutions who have found work (by profession) in the local and Ukrainian labor market is expected to increase fivefold;
- centers of psychological and social rehabilitation, professional reorientation will be created.
