On July 16, the university hosted an online meeting of the project team “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building”.
On July 16, a regular meeting of the project team took place online, in which almost all partners participated. Project manager Vitalii Kurylo reported on the work done, in particular:
- 1. Brochures and flyers with information about the project were printed.
- 2. The 1st stage of the sociological research has been completed, its final report is being prepared, a circle of interested persons (including about 50 teachers of the region) have been determined who are ready to actively participate in the project.
- 3. Tender procedures for the reconstruction of premises are being completed.
The issues of redistribution of funds for technical supervision of reconstruction were also discussed; changes in the plans for the implementation of the project in connection with the epidemiological situation; the preliminary dates for conducting trainings and working meetings for the project team were determined; preparation for the tender procedures for the following activities; a number of activities that the current situation allows (possibly with a postponement of their dates according to next year’s plan) are outlined, so that, despite the quarantine, the intensity of the project does not decrease.
