A meeting with the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation was held at the ER ICA.
On November 13, students and teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts met with Anton Nazmiiev, a psychologist and head of the Center for Psychological Rehabilitation and Adaptation of LTSNU.
At the meeting, there was a conversation about stress and its impact on mental health. During the acquaintance, everyone could ask the psychologist questions and get a qualified answer from the expert. Two stress-fighting exercises were also performed: grounding and butterfly.
After the meeting, Alona Tereshchenko, deputy for social and humanitarian work of the ER ICA, held a reflection with the students, it was found that these events should be held regularly. Students and teachers of the ER ICA were provided with a questionnaire in which they could anonymously write psychology questions that interested them and sign up for the next meeting, which is scheduled for December.
