Students of the ER IPES provided volunteer assistance to the “Nadia” center.
On October 11, 2023, students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, on the initiative and support of the Rector of the University Olena KARAMAN, provided volunteer assistance with their physical labor to the Lubny Children’s Social Rehabilitation Center “Nadia”, because in such a difficult it’s time for all of us to come together and help each other.
For many years in Lubny, this Center has been saving children’s lives, providing warmth, care and love. Orphans, homeless children, deprived of parental care, and children whose families have fallen into difficult life circumstances live and undergo social rehabilitation in it.
The heating season is starting and our students arranged firewood, stacked it under the cover, creating a real woodshed, because the correct storage of firewood affects the amount of heat it will produce during combustion.
We sincerely thank the management of the Lubny Children’s Social Rehabilitation Center “Nadia” for their hospitality. We hope for close cooperation in the future with the employees of the children’s center and are ready to provide possible assistance if necessary.
