Results of participation of master’s students of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions in All-Ukrainian Competitions of Student Research Papers.
In March – May 2023, master’s students of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education participated in international conferences (more than 60 students) and All-Ukrainian Ccompetitions of Student Research Papers (3 students). We have results.
Two papers of master’s students majoring in 281 “Public Management and Administration” (Krystyna Halai, scientific supervisor was Professor Tetiana Sych; Nataliia Bondarenko, scientific supervisor was the Associate Professor Nadiia Vasynova) were submitted To the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers “Personality – Society – War: Socio-Political, Psychological, Socio-Cultural Aspects”, which was held on the basis of the Khmelnytskyi National University.
The development of Krystyna Halai on the topic “Involvement of Ukrainian Youth in Participation in Public Life and Decision-Making Processes in the Context of European Integration and Reform of Vocational Education (on the example of the implementation of the European program “EU4Skills”) was awarded a certificate for the high level of scientific work and the relevance of the topic. Our congratulations and best wishes for further scientific success!
The winner of the All-Ukrainian Creative Competition of Student Research Papers “Information Support of Management Activities in the Conditions of Modern Challenges and Threats”, which was held on the basis of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, was SerhiI Sydorenko, a master’s student majoring in 073 “Management”, the educational program “Educational Institution Management”. The subject of the competition work: “Comparative analysis of the software complex “My School” and the platform “Microsoft 365″ regarding the provision of informatization of the management of a vocational and technical education institution.”
It should be noted that the work of Serhii Sydorenko in the II round of the competition, which was held in the form of a scientific and practical conference online (June 16, 2023), took the first place in the rating among the 15 accepted works and was awarded the First Degree Diploma. Congratulations to the winner and his scientific supervisor – the Acting Head of the Department, Professor Tetiana Sych!
Involvement of students in scientific research of the department, participation in international scientific events, all-Ukrainian competitions is an important component of the department’s scientific and creative work with students, stimulation of their interest in scientific research activities, formation of a modern scientific and professional outlook of future managers, taking into account changes and transformations.
