On March 22, a student self-government meeting was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
The faculty dean Nataliia MATSAI and deputy dean for social and humanitarian work Iryna ISAIENKO were invited to the meeting. The agenda included summing up the results of the first semester, planning further work, and discussing the participation of students in the procedure for revising EPs in the faculty’s specialties.
According to the results of the report of the student dean Yaroslav BONDARENKO and the deputy dean Iryna ISAIENKO, problematic issues that arise and need improvement in the work were discussed.
Nataliia MATSAI provided information on the involvement of student self-government and students in the process of the annual discussion of the EP at the Faculty. She invited representatives of student self-government to participate even more actively and provide information on the possibilities of participation in improvement processes under various EPs. Olena HLUSCHENKO, ex-dean of the faculty, who is currently active in the All-Ukrainian League of Students, joined the meeting. She provided information on offers of cooperation from other displaced institutions and proposed measures to increase the awareness of students about participation in various processes of the university.
A plan for further actions of the student self-government was drawn up. At the end of the meeting, the participants lively discussed the future of the Faculty and celebrating its 100th anniversary.
