International Scientific and Practical Conference

On April 27-28, the 1st International Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues, Problems and Prospects for the Development of Science and Education” took place.

The Conference was conducted by the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University “, Council of Young Scientists and Students of LTSNU, University of Matej Bela (Banska Bystrica, Slovak Republic), The University of Lodz (Lodz, Republic of Poland), European Institute of Further Education (Slovak Republic), St. Joseph’s University (India), Sunway College, Bandar Sunway (Malaysia), Research and scientific cooperation center: Poland-Ukraine. The conference consisted of 15 thematic areas, which covered each structural subdivision of the university.

The announced speakers were scientific and pedagogical workers and students of higher education from all over Ukraine and abroad, including India, Malaysia, Poland, Slovakia, etc.

Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor and Rector Ms. Olena Karaman, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor and Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Mr. Anatoliy Zhuchok, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Professor of Lodz University, Republic of Poland Mr. Vyacheslav Chebotaryov addressed the participants with a welcome speech

International partners also decided to congratulate the participants, namely: Beata Glinkowska-Krause, PhD, professor of the University of Lodz, Head of the Center for Scientific Research Cooperation Poland – Ukraine, Republic of Poland; Jozef Zatko, Honorary Doctor, Doctor of Laws, Doctor of Philosophy, President of the European Institute of Further Education, Slovak Republic; Benedict Valentine Arulanandam, PhD Department of Undergraduate Studies, University of Victoria, Malaysia; Tomasz Czaplia, doctor of habilitation, professor of the University of Lodz, dean of the Faculty of Management, Republic of Poland.

The conference was opened by the head of the conference organizing committee, teacher of the Translation Studies Department, head of the Council of Young Scientists and Students of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University “, Mrs. Olha Korinska, who wished all the participants creative inspiration and the fastest victory. She emphasized that the participants of the conference gathered on this day precisely in order to continue the restoration of educational and scientific activities in the conditions of martial law.

The presentation of scientific reports began with foreign partners presenting their reports and plans for the near future.

All participants will later receive a collection of scientific reports and certificates of conference participants.

Moreover, the organizing committee has extended the acceptance of papers for publication in the conference proceedings until May 20, 2023, as the demand from colleagues is incredibly high.
