Participation in the discussion regarding science and education

The guarantors of educational programs of the ER IHIRSPS took part in a discussion on modern issues of science and education.

On June 29, the guarantors of the educational programs, Associate Professor Kateryna Kotelenets, Associate Professor of Sociology, Associate Professor Svitlana Khobta, Doctor of Political Science, Professor Vovk Svitlana, as well as Associate Professor Yulia Nuzhna took part in the discussion “Open Science and Open Education: Trends of the Future” within the framework of the VII International Conference “Transformation of Education: Challenges of Modernity”.

The discussion is devoted to the availability of education, the quality of education for all sections of the population, including during the war. The speakers, professors Jo Havemann and Olena Kovalchuk outlined the framework of the discussion, where questions were also raised about ensuring the principles of integrity and open science.

There was also a presentation of the map of open science, where you can find scientific materials of scientists from different countries of the world.

The participants of the discussion lively discussed the mentioned topics, asked questions to the speakers, and also exchanged experiences.
