A regular meeting of the steering committee of the project “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building” took place.
On May 18, 2021, a regular meeting of the steering committee of the project “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building” took place in an online. It was attended by representatives of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and partners from the NGO “Agency for Educational Initiatives”, NGO “Agency of Sustainable Development of Luhansk Regionˮ, the Luhansk Regional Charitable Foundation “Alma Mater”.
During the meeting, participants discussed the plan for the effective use of funds for 2021, in particular, regarding the timely completion of the reconstruction of the educational building in Rubizhne city, the acquisition of furniture, equipment, sociological research, the development of methodological materials, the development of concepts and the approval of documents regulating the activities of the centers, trainings for project management, etc.
A separate issue was considered the state of preparation of documentation for the bidding, terms of reference for trainings. Also, the timing of activities with teachers of the region was determined – October 2021. In total, it was noted that all stages of the project are currently proceeding according to the schedule.
